		<description>I googled "videotron sucks" and found this blog.  The company treats its customers like dirt.  They owed me a credit (small amount($4), but it's the PRINCIPLE), and I had to call several times before I was told they would send me a cheque (I had cancelled my account with them), only to NEVER receive that cheque.  It's been 3 years or so, and I decided to give them another try (2 months ago), thinking that they might've changed (I was fooled by the ads).  Today I find that bandwidth that I used technically last month (ie. before midnight of the last day), is counted in this month, which starts today.  So, it says on my account that I've already used 25% of this month's bandwidth, and the month only started a few hours ago.  I called to ask them to fix this, and their answer, after suggesting that I was lying, "we can't do anything, but just be more careful next time.".  WTF!!  it would cost them pennies to accommodate this customer, even if I was lying (which I was NOT!), instead they make the customer feel like a fool and a liar.  I was super frustrated, and so I asked again about that long-lost credit, and it took the girl 5 minutes to refund it to me.  FIVE MINUTES!!!!  if it takes 5 minutes, why did I have to talk to at least 5 people over 3 years about it???? WHY i ask... WHY?????

These pennies are more important than their customers.  they would rather treat a customer like a liar and/or an idiot, than provide them with an accommodation that would cost them next to nothing.</description>

		<description>I asked for the videotron basic service $24.95 + $34.95 instolation. and when i got the service contract ,I disagreed with it because it did not respect the agrement for price as quoted .so i canceled the contract within 1 hr of receaving it in the mail. i phoned and emailed in writing. thay illeagly charged my bank $59.00 for services.so i called again.and was told, this was against there policy. and would refund my wife,s account. and a new bill for 34,95 would be sent to my address. but after 120 days ..the account is still
overpaid….maybe i could charge them service fees for taking money from my account not due. or charged with theft?
what do you think??</description>

Here services are provided by Cogeco Cable, and I had a service outage last week and they call me when the service was retablished.</description>
